I think this is my favorite sky photo yet.

Thank you for all the kind and reassuring words...
I feel a lot better knowing I'm not the only one who feels this way.
And that said,
I'll be scouring the want ads for jobs next week.

God, I love Texas.

I can't do anything about work until August or September, and then I think I'm going to start sending out feelers to see who needs a writer/marketer. If I play my cards right, I can get in about 20 hours a week and do the contracts from home. Just gotta keep sane until then...

Gorgeous picture. How about a professional photographer, like Mrs. Fun? You might start by contacting local photographers and see if they could use a backup photographer for events. Often done... Just a thought.

Oh, and I have officially given Blogger the finger. I have imported my entire site to WordPress, comments and all. I will be posting there from now on. It was easy, it was clean, it was free, and best of all... it WORKS!!!!

You might want to change the link in your sidebar when you get a chance.

I wanted to let you know that I feel your pain; and I remember just how overwhelming having small children at home was. Even though mine are a little older now, (7,9,11,) sometimes I STILL ask myself, "How did I manage to get all of these children?" I also remember when Kennedy (my youngest,) was a baby thinking to myself EVERY day, "I don't want to do this today, please God, I don't want to do it."

My biggest regret was NOT going back to work at some capacity and giving myself that outlet. I think I would have been a much better mother.

Don't sell yourself short, I'm sure you CAN find one of your dream jobs.

BTW, hopefully you found my new home, come by!

B-E-A-U-T-I-FUL!!! You really might want to pursue the possibility of photography. I don't know how you get into that business, but you could look into it.

I really love the way you captured the sky in that pic--very interesting. The way the clouds look they have been put in by a brush stroke was sooo cool. Can't wait to see more pics
